Refund Policy

At ManoYug Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences that empower professionals. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to maintain a fair and transparent refund process for all our students and clients.

1. General Policy

All sales are final once the course material or service has been accessed. We encourage students to review course curriculum and sample materials before purchase.

2. Free Webinars

No refund policy applies to free webinars. Registration is complimentary and does not involve any financial transaction.

3. Paid Live Webinars

Refunds for live webinars are only issued if the event is cancelled by ManoYug Academy. If you miss a session, a recording will be provided where applicable.

4. 1:1 Coaching

Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Digital Products

Downloadable resources, templates, and ebooks are non-refundable once the purchase is completed and download links are delivered.

6. Memberships

Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard. No refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

7. Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors, the extra amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days upon verification.

8. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, please contact your bank. Such amounts are usually reversed automatically within 5-7 working days.

9. Promotional Offers

Products or services purchased during seasonal sales, promotional events, or using discount codes are strictly non-refundable.

10. Learning Credits

ManoYug Learning Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. They must be utilized within the specified validity period.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

12. Processing Charges

Any refund issued will be subject to a deduction of payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3%) and applicable taxes.

13. Right to Refuse

ManoYug Academy reserves the right to refuse a refund if we detect any abuse of our policies, such as multiple refund requests or account sharing.

14. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
